I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Prathyusha and arrived slightly before my appointment time, as i had come to the center during my work break hour. There were no other patients waiting, and I wasn’t asked for my ID until the exact moment my appointment was supposed to start, I paid for parking during this time because there is no free parking.

Ten minutes after the scheduled time, I was informed that the doctor was still on her way from an event and would need another 10 minutes to arrive. I wasn’t told she will not be in the center in advance, nor was I asked to come later. Yet the appointment had been confirmed earlier in the day, as if everything was on schedule

If a center can’t uphold basic responsibilities like valuing the patient’s time and transparent communication, I don’t feel confident trusting them with something as important as treatment on my face. It didn’t feel professional, and I didn’t feel welcomed so i left after 20 minutes (the doctor had still not reached). Weniger anzeigen »
