I booked for consultation, twice it was cancelled with less than 24hours notice. I lost my AL that I used. Anyways, I decided not to go ahead due to the lack of communication that I had to book to get the consultation again. I thought if it’s this bad now then what would it be like afterwards??
I’ve tried many times getting my £50 refunded but I’m getting ignored. They promised that this gets refunded if I had chose not to go ahead with them.
I’ve emailed Claire Esra and Barbara all have not responded!!
